Local Distribution & Marketing Projects
Description: Supplying of natural gas to residential, commercial & industrial customers to substitute other fuels
Objective: To use a clean source of energy, while saving from other fuel alternatives
Location: Different areas inside Egypt
Production Capacity: 800,000 consumers by 2007
Estimated Cost: 240 million dollars
Current Status: A national master-plan was developed for supplying gas to consumers with a target of 6 million consumers within 5-6 years. The plan will be carried out on phases.
