Advertiser supplies proofs. All ads must be accompanied by a proof that represents the final supplied
ad for size/text/imagery. The publisher will not be responsible for reproduction of colour advertisements
unless proper colour proofs are supplied.

Digital files. Prepare adverts to the size and shape specified in the rate card. Charges will be incurred
for any additional work necessary to bring advertising material to final output standards. Modification
to existing art, typesetting and photography is charged as an extra at prevailing rates.

Supply IBM files in these programs: Quark 6, Photoshop CS2, Illustrator CS2, InDesign CS2,
Acrobat 7 and PageMaker 7.

PDF files. Press-ready PDF files must be supplied as CMYK, including: bleed (0.125 inch), trim marks,
fonts, high resolution, no compression.

Advert delivery. Files may be supplied on CD or transmitted via e-mail. Please remember to include: all
fonts (both screen and printer fonts); all imported graphics (TIFF, EPS and vectors); proper preparation
of colour (spot colour, Pantone, CMYK, B&W); TIFF or EPS images should be provided at 100% size
at 300 dpi. There is a maximum of 5 mb per message for e-mails. Larger files may be on CD.
